Write to hello@taipeilayovertours.com. Everything gets read, and anything that needs an answer gets one. If you have spotted a price, an opening time or an entry rule that has moved, tell us and it gets checked against the source and corrected.

What we can and cannot do

We compare and describe tours; we do not sell them, run them or hold your booking. Amendments, cancellations, refunds and pickup arrangements are all handled by the operator you booked with, and their cancellation window is on the listing you used.

Whether your passport needs a visa for Taiwan is decided by Taiwan's Bureau of Consular Affairs, and the answer turns on nationality. Their own published list is the one place that settles it, and every mention of entry rules here points back to it.

Who writes this site

The Taipei Layover Tours team. Hours, prices and access are checked against the official source before they are published — the National Immigration Agency for the arrival card, Taoyuan Metro for the train, the memorial hall and the tower for their own opening times and ticket prices, and Taipei's own tourism office for the temples and the markets.
